What happened this week?

Wednesday activities

Our students enjoyed their rotations this time around. The science group experimented with volcanos and I hear there was even a talk about doing this in my office! What a mess this would have been! You can see on the photos how good the volcanos look though.

Our Gifts of Kindness group has warmed up more hearts with their special cards to the community. We are thinking of doing this project for the rest of the year with various ideas. If you have any creative ideas, please let us know!!

Next rotation will start next Wednesday and if you would like to join one of our groups, please feel free to come at 2pm and we will direct you. Next time, we will have some special visitors to our school, a footy clinic, paper rounds, more gifts of kindness and more students going to the Laurina Lodge.

MELBOURNE STARS

We had the pleasure to welcome the mascot of the Melbourne Stars today and to have a cricket clinic running for Junior students, then Senior students. All fans of the Stars were very excited to be able to have their photo taken as a group and all students enjoyed the little gift they each received, We are hoping to have a couple of players coming back to visit in Term 3 or 4. Fingers crossed!
