What happened this week?
Wednesday Activities
Students who went to the Laurina Lodge this week, participated in various activities. They did painting and reading, chatted and laughed.
It is absolutely wonderful to see the young and olders enjoy each other’s company. So many smiles all around!
Science
This past week, students in grades 5/6 have experimented with yeast, its properties and effects. They were able to blow a balloon up without even breathing in it!
Dress-up Day
Today, we dressed-up as our favourite person. Many cam as Mum and Dad, some as their favourite footy players (I won’t mention all the Pies players we had at school today!). We had a few come as themselves, which is a great point! Can’t go wrong with having yourself as your favourite person!
